Compressed gasket paper, thickness 1,00 mm
Description
Ideal for cutting gaskets yourself. These sheets of packing paper are available in various thicknesses and dimensions so that a packing can always be made.
Compressed gasket paper is a type of gasket material made from fibers such as aramid and mineral. It is an improving version of variant of oil gasket paper. These fibers are compressed with rubber or resin to create a strong, dense material that can withstand high temperatures and pressures. The material is flexible and can be easily cut to the desired shape and size, making it ideal for use as a seal between two surfaces. Compressed gasket paper is often used in the automotive, chemical and engineering industries.
- Oil resistant
- Fuel resistant
- Easy to cut
- Asbestos free
- Maximum recommended continuous temperature + 250 ºC
- Maximum operating temperature + 400 ºC (*)
Compressed gasket sheet material made of aramid and mineral
fibres, with a high temperature resistance, bound together with
high quality synthetic elastomers.
Non-stick and graphite-free surface.
CS-4900 is used in a wide range of industrial applications
as well as for automotive use in low & medium requirements.
Excellent equation of efficiency, compressibility and price.
Application:
Very suitable material for a wide variety of industrial applications: petrochemical, automotive, motorcycle, naval,
equipment…
Appropriate for cold and hot water, steam, oils and gases at medium requirements.
